Ghee Product Return & Exchange Policy
1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of ghee, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
Unopened and Unused: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Proof Required: An unboxing video clearly showing the package and product is mandatory for processing returns.
Note: Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
2. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. To process an exchange:
Initiate Request: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Provide Evidence: Submit clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Note: Exchanges are not applicable for reasons related to taste preferences.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed under the following circumstances:
Approved Returns: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing Time: If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Opened or used ghee products.
Products not in their original packaging.
Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery.
Products returned without a valid unboxing video.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return policy will apply.
